Called to get schedules for a broken garage door when we just moved in our house. They were out within two hours, and fixed our door with just a routine service call. I especially appreciated the ladies on the phone and how sweet they were. I was trying to figure some things out with the home warranty company and they were very understanding while I was doing that. They were prompt in all responses via phone and for in person appointments. I had to wait about a week for the replacement opener to be received, then I was set up at my earliest convenience to install it. They have a 24 hour phone line to receive messages after hours. You do have to wait until business hours to get a call back with information, but it's nice to have a person to talk to instead of a voicemail box. My new opener is super quiet, particularly in comparison to the dinosaur that shook the house that was there before. I did request a new motor as our’s was very noisy and older. They came out on Tuesday and fixed it right up. They texted to confirm when they were coming and when they were in route. Not only did they efficiently repair the discrepancy, but Garage Door Enterprises went above and beyond and added some needed lubrication to the entire system (something they did not have to do) and inspected the entire door to make sure it was working properly.
