Curt, our technician who came out was SO good. He was super familiar with our coverage, and was able to make a simple repair in a couple hours making our garage door safe again. Not only did he educate us on our repairs but also how to maintain our garage door over time. He showed us why some problem areas pointed out by the other tech were ok for now and explained how we could know when to call to get that problem fixed. Lastly, he fixed our keypad. If I ever hear of someone needing to do any garage door repairs or if we need to do them again, I am asking to work with this company and Curt specifically if possible!
